Healing is the return to your True Self.

This work is not about fixing people.

It is about creating the conditions where people can remember who they are beneath the adaptations, survival strategies, protection and patterns life has required of them.

My work brings together psychology, nervous system awareness, contemplative practice, and modern trauma-informed approaches.

The practice can be described as trauma-transformative in orientation: supporting clients in moving beyond understanding and managing the effects of adverse experiences toward greater Self-awareness, emotional regulation, agency, relational capacity and meaningful long-term change

Rather than trying to force change, we create the conditions where insight becomes embodied and lasting transformation can occur.

Together, we gently explore the patterns that have shaped your life—not to judge them, but to understand them with curiosity and compassion.

From that place, new possibilities naturally emerge.

My role is not to tell you who to become.

It is to help create the safety, presence, and curiosity that allow your own wisdom to emerge.

I work with people who are ready to engage honestly with themselves and are committed to meaningful, lasting change.
