Before you really drop into this work, I wanted to do a SAFETY CHECK:) Without safety, there is no true healing. On a scale of 1-10 how safe do feel moving into this work? If you are on the low end of the scale, I recommend checkout THE TRAUMA CLEANSE PDF Chapters on SAFETY. If you feel on the upper end of the scale, proceed with care. 🖤 If you are somewhere in the middle, remember that going to a core trauma memory isn’t always the best approach in healing trauma. Rather, just go to the general vibes around that time - and not to the core memory. Ultimately, this hypnosis is designed for you to claim sacred and safe guardianship over your inner child and this process will support you to heal and provide safety and security for your inner child.
PREPARE TO RECEIVE ⬇️
Set up your space to prepare:
Create a space where you can be quiet and undisturbed.
A couch or bed is perfect, or set up a cozy spot on the floor or earth with a yoga mat, cushions, and blankets.Ideally, prop yourself up at a gentle incline — around 45 degrees — so you’re deeply relaxed, but not lying flat.
The goal is restfulness, not sleep.Have a blanket nearby — your core temperature may drop a few degrees once you enter a restful state.
Use the washroom beforehand and sip just a little water.
These Deep Healing Rituals are 30–45 minutes long, so make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Journal Reflections You may want to take time to journal before and after your hypnosis session to deepen your integration. Let the questions (below) guide you gently inward — no pressure to answer them all. Let whatever arises, arise.
